Transport is Your Responsibility to arrange.

I’m not responsible for anything that happens with your ground transporter, period. Once kids leave my hands, that’s it, I’m out of control and I’m no longer liable. This is the case if you pick kids up directly off the farm, meet me on one of my own transport drives (I only transport in Western states at the moment) or even if your kid is flown in via airline.

Please do your homework. Contact each transporter, ask questions, check permits and licenses, etc. And certainly CONTACT ME before you confirm plans to ensure I can get your CVI on time, and get your kid to a meeting point if needed. :)
